KITCHEN SPLASHBACK INSTALLATION
Here's some extra information about installing kitchen splashbacks... and how to get it right!
When it comes to designing a kitchen, choosing a splashback is a feature that is incorporated into the whole design process. Integrating a feature tile is a trend. It is easily achieved by either laying the feature tile alongside a plain tile in regular patterns. Also, a feature tile could be solely laid in an area to enhance the wall behind the cooktop.
There are numerous ways to modernise the look of a kitchen. Choices can include glass mosaic tiles, polished porcelain or traditional brick bond country tiles. Because each kitchen reflects the owner’s individual likes, matching a tile to a kitchen is a personal choice and clearly ties in the owner’s style.
Tiling a kitchen splashback is cost effective, compared to other alternatives such as glass or stainless steel. Also, keep in mind that tiling can often be a quicker option.
